The AA/IE Madrid Summer School fee has been reduced to 400 Euros. The intensive 10-day studio-based design workshop from 16 to 25 July 2009 is open to students, young architects and other designers worldwide. Participants will investigate new architectural and urban design approaches within the context of Madrid. The workshop will focus on the redesign and redevelopment of an iconic site located in the core of the city. The course will be led by AA Design Tutors and IE Studio Critics including Spanish and international innovative architects with teaching experience. The selection includes: Cero9 (www.cero9.com), Izaskun Chinhilla (www.izaskunchinchilla.es ), Ricardo de Ostos (www.naja-deostos.com) and Peter Ferretto.
