The Essene Temples, Dead Sea by Anis Wan Kamaruddin

Illustrator Session with Anis Wan Kamaruddin, from 10.30am to about 1.30pm at the unit space. This will mainly be a skills focused workshop and shall support you in the current phase of drawing and diagramming but also help in the upcoming task of layouting / preparing your TS booklets and portfolios!

There will be no individual 1:1 tutorials due to the time limit, but if you have a specific question related to a drawing/patterning/scripting/tracing/diagramming/layouting technique, perhaps also from another software, please do ask Anis for advice!

Please arrive a little before 10.30am so you can start promptly. And bring your laptops with Illustrator installed.

Hi All, we hope you enjoyed the trip to Japan and got loads of inspirations for your work.

We will meet tomorrow at 10am and discuss your observations and findings from the trip as well as further research and ideas after having been to Japan in relation to your previous work. Please do not only think of the places we actually visited, there are many more things beyond the set programme that we saw or heard of.

Please have all material (photos, sketches, diagrams, research etc) printed.

We will also be discussing Friday’s submission and how you could organise / structure your Term 1 work.

Looking forward to seeing your thoughts tomorrow! Please be on time.
